At Movers Packers Jaipur, we commit our resources, vehicles, and manpower well in advance to ensure a timely relocation for our clients. Because we block slots that could otherwise be given to other customers, we follow a structured Refund and Cancellation Policy.
1. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us via your registered mobile number or email (info@moverspackersjaipur.com).
- More than 48 Hours before Move Time: If the cancellation is made 48 hours or more before the scheduled packing time, the full booking advance will be refunded (minus a small processing fee of 5%).
- 24 to 48 Hours before Move Time: Cancellations made within this window will incur a charge of 20% of the booking advance or a flat fee of ₹500 (whichever is higher) as a "Slot Loss" fee.
- Less than 24 Hours before Move Time: If the cancellation happens on the day of the move or less than 24 hours prior, the Booking Advance will be non-refundable, as the team and vehicle have already been assigned and dispatched.
2. Postponement & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. We offer one-time free rescheduling under the following conditions:
- Notice Period: You must inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Availability: Rescheduling is subject to the availability of a new time slot.
- Peak Dates: If you reschedule from a weekday to a "Peak Date" (e.g., last 3 days of the month, Sundays, or National Holidays), an additional premium may apply.
3. Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund as per the terms above:
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
- Mode of Refund: The amount will be credited back to the original source of payment (Bank Account, UPI, or Wallet).
- Disputes: Any disputes regarding refunds must be raised within 48 hours of the cancellation request.
4. Cancellation by Movers Packers Jaipur
In rare cases of extreme weather, government-imposed lockdowns, or mechanical breakdown of our fleet, we may need to cancel or reschedule your move.
- In such cases, if we cannot provide an alternative, a 100% refund of the booking advance will be issued immediately.
